The Teacher’s Web Portal is an extranet-type website that contains 120 folders of math lesson plans. These lesson plans include documents both static and interactive (PDFs, Word Documents, PowerPoint, Flash, and Videos). Teachers access the lesson plans located in the school facilities from home using a VPN connection. Teachers log in to a system called “Active Directory” to authenticate the user and, upon validation, are logged in to their internal servers which then redirect the user to the main portal site hosted offsite by WebTech Institute.
